Machine Operator
Joel runs our DTF machines with a mix of high energy and high stress, but somehow makes it work. He’s a huge help to the team, always pushing to get things done fast and done right.
Fun fact: Joel loves a sing-along (whether you asked for one or not), barracks for the wrong football team, and operates at a volume level that definitely keeps the workplace awake.
Pick/Packer… but sort of retired
Lyn’s been packing orders for over 15 years, and she’s still the fastest, sharpest, most reliable packer in the shop. Technically she’s retired, and we’d much rather see her travelling the East Coast than packing boxes — but as Cam’s mum, she’s always happy to jump in and keep things running smoothly.
Production Assistant
Lauren makes sure every logo looks its absolute best — perfectly placed, polished, and ready on time. She keeps production running smoothly and always nails the details.
Fun fact: She once had Cam answering to her, but now that her little brother’s the boss, the tables have definitely turned!
Boss Man
Cam started the business 17 years ago and hasn’t looked back. What began as a one-man operation has grown into a solid team that keeps the whole place running smoothly. He’s proud of what’s been built and even more stoked to have a crew that helps keep the wheels turning every day.
Customer Service Administrator
For the past six years, Jess has been the warm, friendly voice most customers chat to first — the one who somehow keeps everything running smoothly even on the busiest days. She makes sure every enquiry gets the attention it deserves and always brings a positive vibe to the team.
Outside of work, Jess is a super-mum to two energetic kids who keep her on her toes and make sure there’s never a dull moment!

KZ came on board this year and fit in perfectly from day one. She’s a hard worker with a killer attention to detail, making sure every tee is pressed to perfection.
Fun fact: KZ is all about dance, makeup, and rocking some seriously wild nail designs — you’ll spot them from a mile away!

Steph is the other friendly voice you’ll often hear when you call or pop into our showroom. As a Customer Service Administrator, she’s great at helping you get your orders sorted and making the whole process feel easy.
Around the workplace, Steph is also known for her ongoing mission to master the Scare Cam — always trying to catch the team off guard and capture the perfect reaction.
Screen Printer
Jamie has just wrapped up his screen-printing apprenticeship, and honestly, we’re still not sure how he managed to stay that calm through it. While everyone else is stressing over deadlines, ink mixes, and rush orders, Jamie glides through the workshop like he’s permanently on island time.
Fun fact: His soundtrack of choice is heavy metal — go figure!
